If you find it necessary to return your paper for any reason other than printing defects, you must notify us within 90 days of receipt of your paper order. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping charges are not refundable. Paper must be returned untrimmed in the original shipping box with a copy of the invoice. No refunds will be made for trimmed paper. Refunds will be issued after the received merchandise is inspected. Extra wallpaper sent with the order will be subtracted from the returned wallpaper and from the refund.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 90 days after shipment
  • Any item that is not in its original condition and packaging
  • Any item shipped outside the United States
  • Custom wallpaper
  • Seconds, Bargains, or Discontinued items

To return a product, please follow the instructions below.

  • Call 707-746-1900 for instructions to return paper. If the wrong paper or defective paper was shipped to you; we will issue a call tag for UPS to pick up the package. The paper will be returned to us at no charge to you.
  • Return the merchandise in the box that it came in. Be sure that the paper is not cut or trimmed. If this occurs, we cannot issue a refund.
  • Insure your package. If your package is lost or damaged, you will be able to collect from the shipping company.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We recommend that you hang several test strips to ensure that the adhesive you have chosen performs satisfactorily.

In no event will claims be permitted for any product after cutting, hanging, installing or in any way modifying such products in excess of 10 yards (2 rolls).
