You are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate or manipulate any of the content and/or images without the explicit consent of Bradbury & Bradbury, unless for personal use. All designs, trademarks, logos, images and content remain the property of Bradbury & Bradbury Art Wallpapers and/or its affiliates, licensors or suppliers.

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed

We guarantee our craftsmanship. Any defective printing may be returned for replacement free of charge. Where replacements can not be made, we will issue a full credit back to the original method of payment. Just give us a call; you may be asked to return the defective merchandise to us. 

Please call (707) 746-1900 or email customerservice@bradbury.com to start a return claim. We may request photos of the defective merchandise or any damage caused while shipping.

We take pride in the craftsmanship of our wallpaper. Variations in color between print runs can occur as an acceptable part of our manufacturing process. We cannot accept returns for papers that do not match due to re-order.

Shipping Information

  • Samples are in stock and will ship within 24 hours by US Postal Service (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Wallpaper and Posters are printed to order and will ship in 2 – 3 weeks.
  • Standard shipping can be by UPS or FedEx service. You will receive a shipping notice and tracking number when your order is shipped. Expedited printing or shipping are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us by email customerservice@bradbury.com
  • A physical address is needed for daytime delivery. All deliveries must include a phone number. If you’re not home during the day, we can also ship to a work address.


International Shipments

International orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Service. Carriage is quoted per individual order based on the weight of the shipment.

Bradbury & Bradbury Art Wallpapers will not be responsible, or held accountable for customs charges, tariffs or taxes imposed by any country on incoming or outgoing packages. These expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Wallpaper Packaging

Wallpaper is sold by the roll. Frieze and Border papers are sold by the roll in either a 6- or 10- meter length. Each roll is individually wrapped. Please verify the quantities received in your order by comparing the labels on each roll against the packing slip.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt and make the driver aware of any visible damage. Damaged paper will need to be inspected by the shipper. Replacement products will be shipped as soon as possible but may be subject to a printing lead time of up to three weeks.
