Brooklyn

Before later establishing himself in Chicago after the Great Fire of 1871, the young American architect Peter Bonnett Wight had designed public buildings with jewel-like stenciled interiors in NY, in his preferred Gothic Revival style. Our room suite was inspired by some of the richly-colored walls and ceilings he proposed for the Brooklyn Mercantile Library in 1868.

Featuring a repeating fleur-de-lis pattern in beige and blue on a terra cotta background, the Brooklyn Sample Kit is showcased here as a wallpaper sample with product details at the bottom—an ideal choice for Victorian wallpaper enthusiasts or anyone undertaking a period home or Victorian restoration project.

A repeating pattern of pale pink fleur-de-lis motifs outlined in tan on a muted sky blue background, the Brooklyn Sample Kit by Bradbury & Bradbury features a Victorian wallpaper design that is ideally suited for Victorian restoration and historic preservation projects.

Featuring a repeating geometric pattern with pink, red, and gray diamond shapes accented by white floral motifs and small blue dots at each intersection, the Brooklyn Sample Kit captures the essence of classic Victorian wallpaper. Perfect for period home enthusiasts and those who love old houses, this design comes from Bradbury & Bradbury’s “Brooklyn Ceiling” collection.

Ornate ceiling border design featuring red, orange, and yellow geometric floral patterns with blue accents and brown horizontal stripes—ideal for Victorian restoration projects or bringing classic old house charm. Text at the bottom details the Brooklyn Sample Kit product and company information.
