Our Jeffrey suite is named for the eponymous Victorian printing firm that elevated the humble status of wallpaper to the level of art. Jeffrey & Co. began printing for William Morris in 1864, but after Metford Warner assumed control in 1871 he actively solicited the involvement of the best British designers of the day, including Walter Crane, Bruce Talbert, Christopher Dresser, Lewis F. Day, and C. F. A. Voysey. Jeffrey & Co soon became internationally recognized for some of the finest wallpapers in the world.
